
This recipe gives anglers a different, yet delicious, way to prepare fish, including vermilion snapper, speckled trout, white trout and scamp.

In a large re-sealable plastic bag, combine the first 12 ingredients. Add the fish, seal the bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Coat the grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain, and discard the marinade. Grill fish covered, over high heat. Or, broil the fish 4-inches from your oven’s heat for 5-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
