Navigation Charts

I have assembled a few charts to give you an idea of the layout of the particular area you intend to fish. The files are quite large, so be prepared for a lengthy download time.

Aerial Photos

Nautical Charts are still an invaluable tool to navigation but, I have started using Aerial Photos to really get a good feel for a particular area in which I intend to fish or hunt. Texmaps provides a complete set of color aerial photographs for the entire Texas Coast on their website.

Texas Artificial Reef Program

Cooperating oil and gas companies have donated 78 rigs offshore to the Texas Artificial Reef Program. A downloadable coastline map illustrates the location of some of the artificial reef along the Texas coast. The image contains detailed coordinates for each site and should be downloaded for printing. A more up-to-date table with the NAD 83 coordinates is also available for downloading.
