Just about everyone's had stuffed crabs, stuffed flounder, stuffed trout, etc. etc..... Your sitting at home staring at this huge 4 pound flounder and wondering if or wishing you could stuff it with something. Well, here's a recipe just for you.
Melt oleo in a large skillet. Sautee the onions, celery, and green pepper. Add the white wine, milk, flour, and season to taste. Stir the mixture well and bring to a simmer. Add the shrimp and crab meat and stir for another minute or till heated through. Remove skillet from the burner. Stir in the bread crumbs until the liquid is absorbed evenly.
Stuff that flounder or whatever needs stuffing and bake that critter.
