Stuffed Jalapenos and Grilled Shrimp make great appetizers. Join the two together in a Bacon blanket, and you'll have an appetizer that will be the focal point of your next dinner. Serve them on a bed of Rice Pilaf and turn them into a meal instead.
Peel, de-vein, and butterfly the shrimp.
Slice the jalapenos in half, length wise and de-seed.
Fill the Jalapeno halves with cream cheese and lay a shrimp on top of the cream cheese.
Wrap the bobber with a slice of the bacon and pin with a wooden tooth pick.
Bake the Bobbers at 350° on a foil lined pan with a lip until the bacon is done. You can grill them on the pit or pop them in a broiler as well.
